A Home For Everyone:
Whether you are a single homeowner or have a large family with children and pets, the Hamlet on Olde Oyster Bay has a home for everyone. Three types of living environments are available to our residents. They include beautiful Sagamore Houses, Villas, or Carriage Homes.
The largest of our residences are the detached Sagamore homes. There are several to choose from with over 3,000 square feet including popular ranch houses. All contain large master suites located on the ground or upper levels. Open floor plans showcase grand kitchens and living rooms looking out to private backyards. Each have two or three car garages, and many are located on the lake with picturesque views.

The Villa homes appeal to homeowners who want ample space, but are possibly looking to downsize. The upper units feature lovely eat-in kitchens, large family rooms leading to beautiful terraces, and attached garages. The lower units contain 2 or 3 bedrooms with 2 baths and inviting kitchens and outdoor patios. There are 72 units to choose from with many of the Villas overlooking the lake.

There are 160 Carriage homes with attached garages, driveways, and balconies and/or patio gardens. Larger upper units contain three bedrooms and two baths, while the lower units are two bedroom with 2 baths. They are spacious and perfect for single adults, empty nesters, or families with children.
